Born 22 October 1993 in a small village called Zebediela, Ga-Molapo Limpopo and grew up in South of Johannesburg (ORANGE FARM) fell in love with Music back in his early age and yet found himself making the crowd dance to his Music selections with fans loving the work he put, Then he started calling himself MattDeDeep SA, giving emerging artists a widely accessible platform and spreading the magic of local genres like Amapiano around the world.

Where he was playing Deep house. Then he felling in love with the Genre called Afro/Deep Tech & Amapiano. MattDeDeep currently plays more of Afro/Deep Tech & Amapiano.
